Yellow Ostrich
The newest album, Trying (2025), is Yellow Ostrich’s most expansive to date—a 14-song collection that emerged after a prolonged creative drought and a sudden, feverish burst of inspiration, written largely over just three days. The album was made with a star-studded list of Minneapolis legends — besides collaborating with the bandmates, it was recorded with Holly Hansen at Salon Sonics, and later mixed by Nat Harvie (Low, Circuit des Yeux, Laamar) and mastered by Alec Ness (Brittany Howard, Bonnie Prince Billy).

Conzemius
With a deep appreciation for the human experience, Conzemius dives into the profound. Fascinated by the inherent duality of being, her artistry embraces both the serene and the seismic, the ancient wisdom and the modern pulse, the dark and the light. Drawing inspiration from the qualities of water (its ability to be both still and raging) her debut EP moves fluidly between divergent emotions and energies. This is sonic fuel for feelers and dreamers, for anyone ready to embrace their own multifaceted nature. Conzemius blends her compelling, glowing voice with metaphorical lyricism and elements of ethereal indie soul, all rich with atmospheric production. Through these soundscapes, where fragmented thoughts and imagery can coincide, Conzemius offers listeners a space to reflect on their own experiences. “It is deeper, it is layered. It is absolutely unique and it is extraordinarily profound.” - Jeff Thomas of FMOF Dreamy. Honest. Haunting. Her EP, Of the Water, is available everywhere.
